MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The service holder is starting from the Absheron Full Field Development (FFD) FEED phase sanction until the completion of the Development phase including Project close-out.
The service holder is in charge to identify and monitor the risks and opportunities within the FEED packages and scope of work and will support the execution of the Absheron FFD Project including, the safe and efficient execution of the work in accordance with the relevant legislation, policies and procedures. This includes adhering to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values and Behaviours, as supported by the Safe System of Working including Accountability of Safety.
ACTIVITIES
The service holder must possess strong experience in Risk and Opportunity Management.
Experience with developing risk registers, baselines and associated analyses (sensitivity, risk, float, critical path)
▪ Knowledge of risk and opportunity tools – including resource loading, Primavera – earlier versions, MS-Project, SQL databases, MS-Office project suite, TILOS, Risk Radar…
▪ Has sufficient experience to be able to provide meaningful input into developing risk mitigation strategies (has to have practical operations knowledge to make substantial impact).
▪ Experience setting and analysing KPIs
▪ Experience with change management and implementation within a production environment.
▪ Dynamic engagement skills, ability to clearly articulate information, excellent communications ability
▪ Able to work in large, collaborative teams with multiple site and partners.
CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
The Absheron Conventional Gas & Condensates field is located offshore Azerbaijan Republic in the Caspian Sea in 500 meters depth, at about 100km southeast of Baku, 25km north-east of Shah Deniz field and 34km south of Oil Rocks production and processing facilities. The project aims at supplying natural gas for both domestic market via Sangachal main facilities (condensate) and for international export market via the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP).
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-Qualification: Lead discipline
-Languages: English
-Professional Experience: More than 15 years
-Experience within project: More than 15 years
