    Description

    MAIN ASSIGNMENTS
    The Service Provider is responsible for supplying the necessary personnel to carry out the following tasks:
    •implement the security policy defined by the Country Chair;
    •assess security risks and controls that the appropriate security measures have been deployed to protect people, assets and information assets;
    •check the consistency of security measures implemented by the LBUs and, to this end, lead a country security committee on a regular basis;
    •locally apply security reference materials in conjunction with the LBUs in the country;
    •ensure that POBs are continuously updated by LBUs and maintain a consolidated country POB up to date;
    •ensure the animation and coordination of LBUs site security officers (SSOs) network for Implementation, follow-up and Monitoring of the Security Management System at local and site level;
    •provide advice and assistance to LBUs in order to define the appropriate security level (posture) and to deal with emergency situations;
    •report to the Country Chair and the Regional Security Representative any security information that could affect Company activities in the country;
    •regularly communicate to the Regional Security Representative all information gathered on the local security situation, consult him for advice and expertise, as and when required, and keep him informed of all local security developments.
    •ensure a proper reporting of all security incidents and ensure the proper dissemination of experience feedback sheets (REX);
    •in crisis situation, advise the CMC Director on security aspects;
    •develop and submit to the Country Chair a multi-year security action plan which includes OPEX and CAPEX (investments for site protection, guard services, video surveillance etc.)

    CONTRACTUAL FRAME-WORK
    The application contract will be signed for a 3 month period, with possible renewal for 3 periods of 1 month each.
    • The application contract is not renewed by tacit agreement.
    • The absence of extension does not give rise to any compensation or indemnity.
    • The terms and conditions of the framework agreement signed with TotalEnergies Global Procurement apply.
    • Service providers must be established in Europe and carry out all necessary formalities (visa, taxes, insurance, etc.) to enable the execution of the application contract in compliance with local regulations.
    • The conditions related to service expenses are provided in Annex A.
    •The service must be provided on a full-time basis during working hours, five days a week. Outside these hours, phone availability is required, with possible intervention within one hour.

    ACTIVITIES
    Activities, deliverables and performance indicator are specified in Annex B. The main themes are: • Threat Analysis and Risk and Vulnerability Assessment • Site Security Management • Local crisis management • Management of Security Contractors • TotalEnergies staff training / awareness • Security induction reception process for visitors and business travelers • Investigations and audits • Reporting • Compliance with Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights, Social and environmental responsibility

    GENERAL CONTEXT
    Country security colour code is WHITE.
    In addition to the full range of threats and risks to which Poland may be exposed, it is important to consider Poland’s position on the eastern flank of Europe, within a broader European context marked by the hybrid threat inherent in the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
    Moreover, the recent integration of affiliates in Poland makes it the country with the largest POB in the Zone, and a wide variety of geographically distributed assets to encompass within the security management system.
    The CSO will prioritize efforts to upgrade the security management system implementation and deployment, both in response to the general context described above and following a prolonged vacancy in the position before, in order to reduce the Company exposure to these security risks.
