He will provide his technical expertise, to contribute to continuous, safe and efficient operations to meet or exceed LNG production targets. Ensures raw gas feed inlet for 13Mt of LNG per year (300 kboepd) will flow into the plant
Activities
• Ensure flow assurance simulation studies are performed as required (production optimization, forecasting, modification, etc.)
• Production optimisation & troubleshooting
➢ Responsible to develop Flow Assurance Dossier and Flow Assurance Manual as per Company rules and guidelines
➢ Prepare sequence for start-up while limiting flaring (gas-in with 8’’ feeding to SU of 22’’ trunk lines, turndown of units…)
➢ Recommend solutions to optimize existing installations and operating modes
➢ Responsible to take the necessary actions about monitoring performance & adjusting operating procedures based on observations in the field
➢ Responsible to develop flow assurance operating guidelines for commissioning and well start-up from initial fuel gas period up to 2x LNG trains operation (13mpta).
