Description
Contexte de la mission
The VENUS deep offshore Project is a key project for TotalEnergies as the first Oil & Gas facilities to be installed in Namibian waters with 3,000 m water depth and uncommon reservoir characteristics with a CAPEX > 10 BUSD. 38 wells to be drilled and completed (19 OP and 19 GI) with a DRILLEX > 3 BUSD; out of ~2/3 to be ready before First Oil date.
The Venus Project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus.
Interaction with people across different locations during project execution (from CTR engineering office to CTR yards, France and Namibia).
Objectifs et livrables
LOCATION: Between 1 and 2 years in Paris – France, up to 18 months in Singapore, up to 18 months in Geoje – South Korea.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Service Holder will:
• Assist ICSS & INSTRUMENT lead to coordinate the ICCS scope and deliverables of the project during the detailed design and procurement phases.
• Autonomy and proven experience in the Instrumentation scope
• Follow up FPSO EPC Contractor design of relevant discipline and aid/support to pre-commissioning and commissioning/start-up preparation teams.
• Ensure FPSO ICSS and Instrumentation design consistency, optimization, operability and flexibility which implies interfaces management and leadership towards other packages.
• Ensure that FPSO EPC design of ICSS-Instrumentation discipline complies with S.O.R., contract documentation, schedule, budget and safety practices.
• Supervision and control of the ICSS purchase order execution by the main EPC CONTRACTOR, including relevant missions and visits to the ICSS Vendor and attendance to pre-FATs and i-FATs.
• Help avoiding FPSO EPC Contractor stand-by/delays by prompt response to engineering queries or/and request for waiver (if any) and unexpected technical issues, by a proactive and proficient approach.
• Promote & comply in all activities with applicable safety instructions and other company HSE rules.
