MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The service holder will oversee HVAC engineering activities within the FPSO Team, during the FPSO EPSCC contract execution:
Service holder will be responsible for the timely delivery and quality of the HVAC detailed design/Construction/Commissioning documentation
Service holder will be responsible to closely monitor the works and performances of the HVAC Subcontractors, including attendance to the FATs of critical HVAC equipment if required.

ACTIVITIES
Missions:
 To lead and coordinate the HVAC scope and deliverables of the project during the detailed design and procurement phases.
 Oversee the design activities of the main EPSCC Contractor for the relevant discipline, while providing support to the pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up preparation teams
 To ensure HVAC design consistency, optimization, operability and flexibility.
 To ensure that HVAC subcontractors comply with S.O.R., contract documentation, schedule, budget and safety practices.
 To avoid EPSCC Contractor stand-by/delays by prompt response to engineering queries or/and request for waiver (if any) and unexpected technical issues, by a proactive and proficient approach.
 To minimize design change during the execution of the detailed design/commissioning thus securing the schedule.
Day to day tasks:
• Supervise and control the HVAC Disciplines activities by the main EPSCC Contractor, securing interfaces definition with the other disciplines such as process, technical safety, electrical, architectural…
• Lead the Contractors by a throughout review of the key deliverables and attending technical meetings, promote cost saving solutions & suggest optimizations.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of HVAC design documents to support the procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Participate in technical reviews during the detailed design execution: to provide support and expertise on HVAC issues.
• Report to the Engineering Managers on the progress of his activity and on design changes. Anticipate risks related his disciplines and inform Managers as early as possible.
• Highlighting critical issues to the Engineering Managers and propose remedial actions. Advise on issues related to the HVAC disciplines.
• Contribute to the enhancement of methodologies, tools, skills, implement lessons learnt.
• Ensure that the design of installations meets the requirements of the Contract and the local codes, standards and regulation.

DURATION / LOCATION
• Starting date: September 2026 (subject to project FID)
• Duration: 1 year to 4 years after FPSO contract Award

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 Diploma: Bachelor or Master of Engineering with proven experience in HVAC design including calculation of large offshore installations. Additional proven experience with HVAC Oil & Gas applications.
 Professional experience: >10 years. Specialist with extensive experience of Oil & Gas projects.
 Good teamwork with opened and strong minded.
 Fluent in English.
