MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The service holder will be responsible for all Interface activities related to the Venus project, for the SPS scope and to supervise all interfaces exchanges between the SPS EPFS Contractor and the other Contractors (SURF, FPSO, Drilling).
The Service Provider will manage all CPIs to be delivered by other parties to SPS Contractor and SPS Contractor items to be delivered to other contractors and ensure proper and timely handover of these items between the different contractors.
The Service Provider will provide support to the SPS Technical Manager and the SPS team and liaise with other project teams (SURF).

ACTIVITIES
1.Provide high standard Services with regards to H3SE&Q so to implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility. Ensure all technical documentation and SPS Contractor activities comply with H3SE&Q requirements and highlight any potential deviations. Ensure safe working practices are implemented along all phases of project.
2.Provide high level support services to ensure compliance with the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy, promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program within the Project
3.Ensure progress, fitness for purpose, and compliance with Company Rules and Specifications, Project requirements and international codes of all system engineering for SPS scope during all Project phases,
4.To ensure execution and supervision of all interface activities between SPS Contractor and the other contractors
5.To follow up all interface activities performed by SPS Contractor and ensure completeness and timely update of the interface register
6.To ensure timely issuance by SPS Contractor of interface deliverables and interface data to other parties
7.To ensure SPS Contractor compliance with the interface battery limit and the interface design data
8.To propose solutions and ensure resolution and timely close-out of technical interfaces between SPS Contractor and other contractors
9.To organize and follow-up technical workshops between SPS Contractor and other contractors
10.To highlight immediately any deviation and inadequate designs impacting SPS Contractor or any other contractor
11.To ensure the adequate and timely preparation of SPS contractor items delivery to other contractors and proper handover of SPS Contractor items to other parties
12.To ensure adequate and timely preparation and handover of CPIs delivered to SPS Contractor
13.To set-up and manage the interface control system (New Prodom module) for the SPS package
14.To support the Project Interface Manager and the SPS manager on interfaces and CPIs management
15.To support the SPS technical teams as and when necessary, and obtain their support on all interfaces and CPIs deliveries
16.To gather lessons learned and provide feedback to TotalEnergies entities when necessary
17.To ensure all technical, QA/QC and H3SE project policies and requirements are duly implemented and ensure SPS Contractors’ compliance with contractual requirements in all areas. Anticipate and ensure adequate and timely reporting to the SPS Technical Manager of any concern, issue or potential deviation. Propose timely and adequate solutions and optimizations.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
The Venus field is an ultra-deepwater development (~3,000 m water depth), producing oil through subsea production systems tied back to an FPSO. The development includes multiple wells, subsea production systems, extensive SURF infrastructure, and complex tie-in connection activities requiring precise interface management between SPS, SURF, and FPSO systems.
International and multi-cultural environment with multiple Contractors and fabrication sites worldwide.
Position permanently based at SPS EPFS Contractor Main office

DURATION / LOCATION
•Starting date: October 2026 (subject to FID)
•Duration: 1.5 year minimum to 5 years

•Location: MALAYSIA / Kuala Lumpur, at Contractor engineering center for Project execution
•Status: Residential

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•Qualification: Master’s degree in engineering and strong experience in engineering for SPS Systems
•Languages: English
•Professional Experience: Recent and relevant experience with major SPS Contractor in interface management for a deep water subsea project. Project engineering with strong SPS (and preferably SURF) technical experience.
•Experience within project: at least 15 years in large offshore oil & gas subsea environment / projects.
•Additional features:
