Qualifications/Experience
required Qualification:
Minimum HND / associate degree or equivalent in industrial maintenance, engineering, or related field

Experience:
 Minimum 5 years as a planner or campaign coordinator in similar industrial environments (FPSO, O&G plant).
 Strong command of SAP CMIMS and planning tools.
 Proficiency in Office 365 suite.
 Familiarity with TotalEnergies HSE policies is a plus.

Activities

M&I Planner & Campaign Coordinator responsible for:M&I activity planning:
 Participate in the daily review meeting of SAP (UNISOL) notifications.
 Prepare and organize the intervention schedule based on UNISOL planning, task priority, and material availability. Supervise the preparation and readiness of upcoming M&I activities in close coordination with trade supervisors (SPVs).
 Report progress and highlight blocking points to the M&I Superintendent. Monitor M&I KPIs to ensure optimal organizational efficiency and identify potential deviations. Act as the site focal point for CMIMS coordination, under the supervision of the M&I Superintendent.
 Ensure synergy and alignment between maintenance and inspection activities.

Wellpads campaign coordination:
 Prepare and organize the intervention schedule for well pad campaigns, based on UNISOL planning, priorities, and material readiness. Pay particular attention to critical equipment such as AGC units, ESP VSDs, MPFMs, and Fired Heaters, GTG Packages
 Identify and escalate any constraints or missing materials that could impact campaign efficiency.

OPERATIONS.
Reporting to the M&I Superintendent, the M&I Planner & Campaign Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating preventive maintenance and inspection activities across CPF (Central Processing Facilities) and wellpad facilities.The role ensures operational readiness (PTW, Ressources, tools, spare parts,etc), campaign efficiency, and data integrity through CMIMS (SAP/UNISOL) systems.

Context and environment
There is no equivalent project of such an industrial drilling magnitude in a remote and sensitive area within the Group today.The Tilenga oilfields are partly situated in a protected National Park, partly beneath the river Nile wetlands area, and within densely populated area in a rural and remote part of Uganda. Activities exposed to the risk of major incidents with severe potential consequences due to local environment and important presence of NGOs. Factory Drilling with a well delivered every 4 days using 3 drilling rigs simultaneously will necessitate standardization of equipment and procedures, strict enforcement of Drilling & Well instructions, safe and efficient logistic management on site. The project is focused on delivering the lowest possible cost, which requires challenging TOTAL design concepts as well as substantially challenging the TOTAL referential.Multicultural environment: Contractors are anticipated to be in various parts of the world. Ugandan rules and regulations, administrative requirements and technical authorizations as well as international codes for onshore plant will apply.The project FID was signed on Q1-2022 with a start of drilling operations on Q2 2022 and a Ready for Start-up (RFSU) target of July 2026.
