MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The service holder will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of wellhead system, tubing hanger and Xmas Trees (XT), hardware and tooling related to the Venus deepwater greenfield project, as part of the Venus SPS team.
The service Provider will ensure safe, compliant, and on-schedule delivery from procurement through manufacturing, testing, logistics, and offshore installation support.
The service Provider will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, proactive interface management, and leadership in coordinating the SPS EPFS Contractor and internal stakeholders.
ACTIVITIES

1. Provide high standard services with regards to H3SE&Q, so to implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility. Ensure all technical documentation and SPS Contractor activities comply with H3SE&Q requirements and highlight any potential deviations. Ensure safe working practices are implemented along all phases of project.
2. Provide high level support services to ensure compliance with the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy, promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program within the Project.
3. Lead planning, execution, and control of delivery for wellhead, tubing hanger and XT systems, ensuring timely issuance and delivery.
4. Serve as the focal point for delivery of all SPS equipment to Drilling and Surf when required, across internal and external stakeholders.
5. Follow-up delivery schedules, progress tracking tools, and risk registers.
6. Ensure alignment between engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and installation teams.
7. Drive readiness reviews (FAT, SIT, EFAT, loadout, offshore readiness) and ensure all prerequisites are met.
8. Act as the primary interface with SPS EPFS Contractor for delivery of wellhead, tubing hanger and XT systems hardware packages.
9. Monitor manufacturing progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to quality and delivery milestones.
10. Assess supplier performance and ensure compliance to contractual obligations.
11. Review/support logistics planning, including packaging, preservation, transportation, and storage.
12. Ensure seamless and timely handover to installation and operations teams.
13. Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and decision support to project leadership.
14. Support the SPS Lead XT and Wellhead engineer with daily activities.
15. Support the SPS technical manager and SPS manager as and when required Monitor Contractor performance related to engineering, QA/QC, and H3SE compliance.
16. Support change management, risk assessments, and mitigation actions and capture and report lessons learned
17. Coordinate with other Team Members including the SPS contract engineer for the follow-up of correspondence and contract activities throughout Project Execution
18. Provide services and support to show strong leadership in HSE behaviours, particularly for offshore installation and connection operations.
19. Ensure compliance with TotalEnergies HSE programmes (Golden Rules, Life-Saving Rules).

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
The Venus field is an ultra-deepwater development (~3,000 m water depth), producing oil through subsea production systems tied back to an FPSO. The development includes multiple wells, subsea production systems, extensive SURF infrastructure, requiring precise interface management between SPS, Drilling, SURF, and FPSO systems.
International and multi-cultural environment with multiple Contractors and fabrication sites worldwide.
Position permanently based at SPS EPFS Contractor Main office
DURATION / LOCATION

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•Qualification: Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Subsea Engineering, or related field.
•Languages: English
•Professional Experience: Recent and relevant experience with major SPS Contractor covering detailed design, fabrication, delivery, and offshore execution in deepwater environment. Strong experience in delivery of subsea hardware (wellhead, tubing hanger, XT system and tooling), Subsea drilling knowledge and experience.
•Experience within project: at least 15 years in large offshore oil & gas subsea environment / projects.
