Duration: min. 2-years, rotational 4/4 (4 weeks on/4 weeks off), based on seven (7) worked days per week, with eight (8) hours of work per day

Description of the SERVICES:
o Supporting Drilling Assets within the Drilling and Wells department
o Responsible for coordination of all the fluids and cement operations and service providers.
o Act as a technical support for the Drilling Superintendent and for the offshore Fluids Supervisor.
o Prepare all the Fluids and Cement Programs, Logistics and EOWR, ensure proper QC of all fluids and reports.
o Manage the service companies providing Fluids, Cement and Waste Management services. Specific
Activities: The designated CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL will be required to:
➢ Technical
o Provide Fluids engineering support to the Lead Drilling Engineer and Head of Engineering during well preparation.
o Prepare Fluids and Cement Program following BOD prepared by Drilling Engineer and ensure a close follow up of fluids operations.
o Ensure the proper planning and logistic for all chemicals, bulks, WBCO and equipment to perform on site operations
o Manage daily operational drilling fluids, cement, waste management operations in accordance with Total standards & local Laws o Perform QC of all the drilling fluids and the cementing formulations to comply with TotalEnergies guidelines and according to the needs of the well.
o Validate all the proformas from service companies upon contract requirements and services performed o Follow-up service companies (SQM) and optimize costs and performance o Prepare lessons learnt and REX on Drilling Fluids o Assist Senior Drilling Engineer in well close out reports (EOWRs)
➢ Management and interfaces o Liaise with HQ for all Fluids related subjects for sensitive wells.
o Manage, motivate, evaluate and develop the offshore fluid supervisors within Asset
➢ HSE
o Cascade Department HSE objectives; ensure that drilling fluids operations conducted in compliance with existing rules, safety and environmental protection, optimization of costs and time.
o Ensure that the Waste Management is compliant to ESIA and TotalEnergies Standards.
o Ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company QHSE standards. Prepare derogations accordingly.
➢ Qualifications/Experience required
o Technician or Engineering profile (Bachelor or Master’s degree of Engineering or equivalent), with more than 10 years of experience in o Drilling Fluids and Cementing including Deepwater and Water Base Mud (Mandatory) experience;
o Good knowledge of TotalEnergies’ referential, processes and methods
