JOB TITLE: VENUS SURF QAQC MANAGER

POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION
Location: SURF EPCI Contractor office
Hierarchically reporting to: Venus SURF Manager
Functionally reporting to: Venus H3SEQ Manager

MISSIONS
 To supervise and coordinate all activities related to QA&QC for the Venus SURF package during the EPCI phase, in compliance with TotalEnergies and TEEPNA policies, Project specifications, procedures and objectives, international standards and local requirements
 To support the Package Manager and Project Quality Manager in establishing and implementing the Quality Management System within the SURF package
 To ensure that Project and package QA&QC policies, requirements, procedures and objectives are properly implemented and achieved on the SURF package by COMPANY teams, SURF Contractor and all its subcontractors, on all the SURF package sites
 To promote Quality in the package and advise the SURF package team on all quality-related matters

ACTIVITIES
 QA/QC processes:
o To develop and implement the quality surveillance of the SURF package scope and ensure compliance of the SURF Contractor, its vendors and subcontractors with the Quality Company & project requirements
o To establish, review and implement quality plans with SURF Contractor, ITPs, audit schedules, vendors inspections, etc. to ensure implementation of an acceptable program of quality assurance, control and surveillance
o To set up and follow the process to register and track non-conformities (NCR) from the package team and/or from Contractor. Ensure the process of Request from Inspection (RFI) is well implemented and followed within the package. To ensure a suitable corrective action program is established and to analyse cases of non-conformance and recommend corrective actions and opportunities for improvement
o Coordinate the process of Third Parties Inspections (TPI) at package level. To ensure adequate and timely mobilization of inspection resources as required to perform surveillance of the various vendors fabrication workshops, fabrication yards and Marine spread
 Documentations:
o To ensure timely issuance and review Contractor's quality documentation and ensure compliance with contract requirements
o To assist Company project team members with the development and implementation of QA&QC work flows and procedures
o To ensure the identification and control of all required documentation from design through to final records in accordance with Contract requirements
o To ensure completeness and timely issuance of FINAL DOCUMENTATION from SURF Contractor, its subcontractors and suppliers
 Continuous Improvement:
o To advise Company packages and quality managers on all aspects of quality
o To select and supervise functionally the QA/QC team involved in the package
o To conduct/observe audits, maintain an audit program and finding tracking register, expedite responses and issue regular reports
o To produce weekly/monthly reports on QA/QC indicators and statistics
o To implement quality training plan
o To facilitate the capture and reporting of lessons learnt.
o To investigate any identified or reported issue in the application of Project QMS and propose solutions/improvements to the concerned Managers
o To review and give advices on Contractors', Subcontractors' and suppliers' QA/QC Inspection & Test Plans for whole coherence and adequacy (format, document control and enforcement to Quality Specifications)
o To prepare and coordinate the various ‘lessons learnt’ sessions / workshops / debriefing of the Project in relation with TotalEnergies headquarter.

 Adhere to and promote Project HSE culture and Policies
 Report anomalies, incidents, near misses
 Demonstrate leadership in HSE behaviors, implementation and reporting
 Shall comply with TotalEnergies' HSE programs (Golden Rules, Our lifes First…)

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
 The Venus field is an ultra deepwater project at roughly 3,000 m water depth, designed to produce 160,000 bbl./d of oil through two subsea production rings, and to re-inject produced gas through two dedicated gas injection lines. The development includes up to 38 subsea wells tied back to an FPSO, and a large subsea umbilical system.
 International and multi-cultural environment.
 Many suppliers locations, several fabrication sites worldwide and large fleet of installation vessels
 Position permanently based at SURF EPCI Contractor office.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 Quality professional with experience of EPC projects
 Experience in similar position (years): 10 at same or equivalent position with managerial responsibilities
 Experience with TotalEnergies QA&QC requirements
 Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent
 Languages: English mandatory, with good communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
