Description
B58 / Suriname Project
MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
Under the responsibility of the Head of Completion, the service provider will hold Subsea Interface responsibilities contributing to reviewing and commenting on all procedures related to TFMC for Drilling operations ( WH systems, XT/PGB installations, TH setting); preparing with TFMC guidelines and be the focal point for Drilling department in Singapore TFMC engineering center to prepare and follow EFAT and SITs.
ACTIVITIES
HSE & Sustainability:
Check and implement H3SE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) rules and requirements of Drilling department on SPS package
Maintain a permanent focus on Major Risks on drilling and completion operations when reviewing SPS procedures and equipments provided.
Be an HSE leader and ensure full application of TotalEnergies HSEQ MAESTRO, 12 golden rules, company rules, policies, and procedures in rig operations.
Ensure follow-up and regular distribution of the Interface SPS Actions List.
Project Coordination:
Validate the interface and suitability of GranMorgu SPS contrator’s proposed Wellhead Running Tools and Completion equipment Running Tools.
Define, in coordination with the CPY Block 58 Drilling Team, all engineering and testing (including fit-up, stack-up, and integration testing) of GranMorgu SPS equipment with Drilling and Completion equipment.
Identify additional items such as Xovers, Adaptors, etc.require for the running of SPS equipments
Interface with the B58 drilling and completion strategy and relevant systems (e.g., Rigs/BOP Type/SSTT/Intervention system) to address all features with Block 58 SPS standard systems.
Participate in and coordinate the redaction of the Rig books to cover all SPS-related equipment operations.
Oversee all activities related specifically to Shallow Water Well Construction, Completion, and Intervention, including Wellhead Running, Tubing Hanger Mode, Tree Installation by wire, and Intervention Mode with SemiSub Drilling and Shallow Water Drilling Technology.
Ensure all engineering interfaces with other concerned disciplines or packages are managed.
Operational Responsibilities:
Prepare and review the integration of SPS and completion with the rigs and prepare site integration tests.
Develop XT installation philosophy to optimize Rig time.
Identify gaps between ROVs Tools requirement and RIG/FSV ROV capacity.
Prepare and lead the rig survey for the installation of SPS equipment.
Review rig equipment list and highlight opportunities for performance improvement.
Review and sign off on all SPS operational procedures and sequences
Support Technological Risk Assessment preparation

CONTEXT & ENVIRONNENT
- The activity takes place in the context of the post-FID phase of a major project ($10 billion budget in Project phase 1) in Suriname a land of opportunity, in affiliate being created. The GranMorgu Project is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the development studies managed by TotalEnergies E&P on the Shallow and Deep-Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58.
- The technical challenges the Project will face are the reservoirs development and management, the FPSO and subsea production/injection system definition.
- The Suriname Project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule and/or reducing the costs, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus.
- The position is located in Malaysia with mission in several manufacturing/technical centers (Houston, Norway, France)
