1.Description of the SERVICES:
The scope of SERVICES includes:
•Contribute to HSE for subsurface geological operations, including pore & fracture pressure follow-up, temperature monitoring, and real-time geological operations monitoring while drilling.
•Ensure the security and integrity of well data acquisition.
•Play a key role in the well preparation process (3W and WSOR), well operations follow-up, data interpretation, post-well studies, and patrimonial archive/storage.
•Serve as the main operational interface between Subsurface, Asset teams, and operational/HSE teams in TEPSR.
•Participate in official meetings and technical workshops related to well operations.
•Facilitate sustainable well optimization, cost reductions, and regional knowledge sharing.
•Interact constantly with data acquisition service companies at the country level.
•Establish good relationships with local contractors within the country, authorities, and competitors to properly assess market specificities, build appropriate operational strategies, and ensure company compliance with local obligations (particularly in countries with heavy O&G regulation).
2.Specific Activities:
The designated CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL will be required to:
➢Pre-well:
oAct as a key player for 3W and WSOR process integrating offset wells Post-Mortems, Pore and Fracture Pressure studies, Shallow Hazard and Drill Site Assessment, and relevant mitigation measures.
oPropose fit-for-purpose data acquisition programs integrating safety at the lowest cost.
oParticipate in the preparation of drilling operations budget and ensure procurement of data acquisition services.
oIssue recommendations to the technical division and, in some cases, to higher management levels.
oBring expertise and influence to bear on partners for non-operated well acquisition (key participant in TCM).
oPropose timely and adequate staffing to execute the geological operations programs.
➢Well Execution:
oCoordinate and support the wellsite geological team on the rig for the execution of the exploration well(s).
oEnsure contractual conformity of data acquisition execution and expenditures.
oEnsure pertinence, reliability, and quality of the acquired data.
oOptimize and challenge acquisitions and associated costs.
oImplement a Real-Time Technical Support solution to ensure real-time collaborative decision-making is possible.
oReport to Subsurface, Exploration, and TEPSR Managers on geological operations and ensure accurate reporting to all concerned parties.
oPlan petrophysical interpretation of well data in the Hub with COP assistance if necessary.
➢Post Well:
oDispatch, analyze, and properly store rock & fluid samples.
oEnsure relevant studies are performed, well data is recovered & archived, and final well reports are issued in accordance with the relevant country regulations.
oFollow up with data acquisition service companies on costs and service quality. Report same to OT/WAI.
oEnsure compliance with local authority’s regulations.
oCommunicate and apply Total's HSE policies in the Subsurface Geological Operations.
3.Work Scheme Conditions (WSC):
