Job dimensions
The HCV 1 North sea Atlantic CSR will oversee the reporting staff assigned to and onboard the vessel and report directly to the EPCI installation Manager. During the preparation phase and the installation phase of MZ LNG project, the Company Site Representative (CSR) will assist the EPCI Installation manager with technical appraisal and supervision of the pipelay campaign operations. The scope of work will particularly focus on the installation of the 18x 10” production flowlines and associated PLETs at all ends using Reel-lay installation on TFMC Deep Energy vessel working under offshore EPCI Contractor (MTV).
During the 2 dedicated campaigns in 2026 and 2027, the CSR will represent TotalEnergies onboard the vessel ensuring all installations activities are completed in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the approved documentation and the project specific HIRAs. They will ensure any changes are reviewed in detail, appropriately risk assessed (involving in-country and Paris teams when required) and captured via MOC process c/w risks assessments as required. They will act as RSES-D within the vessel environment, reporting to the RSES in the DW field.

Activities
• Review of the installation design, plans, procedures and documentation prepared by Contractor and make sure they suit Project Specifications and are in accordance with the installation scope.
• Complete all training required by Company to support the project team as a CSR.
• Lead as primary “Client” Point of Contact on board for MTV. Lead the COMPANY Supervision team onboard and evaluate the appropriate manning level to safely supervise the work. Perform oversight and monitor the progress of CONTRACTOR’s Completion Process.
• Report to Installation Mgr as appropriate and share daily, weekly and milestone progress and status effectively
• Participate in installation risk assessment and follow mitigation measures, in coordination with the CTR risk management team.
• Ensure that contractor HSE plan for vessel is properly bridged with Company HSE plan
• Participate and lead regular safety walks and hazard hunts on the installation vessel
• Supply verified information to the reporting system that allows full tracking of installation events. Help mitigate potential change orders
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with Operations team located on the vessels.
• Monitor/witness offshore installation activities by the vessel, and ensure installation is in accordance with CPY requirements.
• Report to the Installation manager about all technical issues that require to be specifically addressed in documentation review or during installation and mobilization progress meetings (Management of Change)
• Liaise with dedicated Project Team specialists (such as material & welding, corrosion & coating, etc), Afungi Marine/Logistic or TOTAL HQ Specialists (DEV/TEC), or third parties, if required.
• Contribute to lesson learned of the project and close-out report Context and environment
• US $20 Billion investment, 17,000-acre LNG facility site that includes private airstrip, marine facilities, and 18 subsea wells - 5-year construction period, utilizing a staff of 1500+ employees and contractors based in Houston, Milan, Paris, Singapore and Mozambique• Mozambique LNG is a subsea (1,400m) to shore dry gas field development located in the norther part of Mozambique with 12.88 MTPA from 2 Initial Trains - 25-year production period
• The subsea field will be developed via 18 subsea wells, 7-production manifolds, 1-MEG manifold, 3 x 22in trunk lines, a 6in and 8in MEG lines, 18 x 10in in-field flowlines, 2 x 4in in-field MEG lines, associated ILTs and PLETs for all pipelines, 25 control modules, 4 onshore umbilicals, 2 main tie-back umbilicals, 5 in-field umbilicals, 12 UTA assemblies, 189 electro hydraulic flying leads, 48 x 10” flexible jumpers, rigid jumpers and spools.

Accountabilities
• The preparation of the vessel campaign including installation procedure review, HIRA, readiness review, in-country mobilization and logistics
• The safe, on schedule and good quality execution of the installation campaigns
• Ensuring the MWS can carry out scope of work with suitable documentation and attendance to test/ operations/ vessels.
• Ensure that Contractor and Company are fulfilling their regulatory duties and permits prior to commence work.

Qualifications/Experience required
• Degree in Engineering or similar with a minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas industry with related offshore technical, quality and HSE oversight experience and at least 10 years of offshore pipelay installation with experience in reel-lay technique.
• Ability to work well in high-stress, fast paced environment with others in an international and multi-cultural environment
• Ability to multi-task and work as part of small and flexible team and manage interfaces between multiple contractors.
• Take responsibility for the area of work and to hold yourself accountable to deliver in line with those responsibilities accordingly.
• Onboard vessel experience in managing offshore installation contractors and supporting inspection services and HSE oversight.
• Fluency in the English language.
Current BOSIET and OGUK Medical certification prior to mobilizing offshore.
