Job Responsibilities

• Verify dimensions, coordinates, elevations, alignment, levelness, verticality, and orientation against approved drawings.
• Conduct dimensional checks before, during, and after assembly, erection, and installation.
• Use surveying and measurement equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, Laser Tracker, Theodolite, and measuring tools.
• Establish and verify project survey control points, benchmarks, coordinates, and reference lines.
• Perform fit-up and interface dimensional checks before module assembly or equipment installation.
• Identify dimensional deviations and verify compliance with specified tolerances.
• Prepare Dimensional Control Reports, Survey Reports, As-Built Reports, and inspection records.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, and Client representatives regarding dimensional discrepancies.
• Maintain calibration and validity records for dimensional control instruments.
• Verify final as-built coordinates and dimensions prior to mechanical completion or handover

• Senior High School / Diploma.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• BNSP Dimension Control certification or Total Station training/certification, or equivalent.
• Proficient in using Total Station, Auto Level, Laser Tracker, Theodolite, and measuring tools.
• Good coordination and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Able to work independently and under project deadlines.
