Description
As a Lead Planner, you will play a key role in defining, coordinating, and optimizing planning activities to support project and operational performance. You will work closely with the relevant teams to ensure clear visibility, reliable scheduling, and effective execution of priorities.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Develop, structure, and maintain planning activities in line with business priorities and operational objectives.
• Monitor timelines, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions to support delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align planning assumptions, constraints, and resources.
• Consolidate and analyze planning data to provide clear reporting and decision-making support.
• Anticipate risks and bottlenecks, and contribute to the optimization of planning processes.
• Ensure consistency, reliability, and continuous improvement of planning practices.

Requirements

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or project controls, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior planner role.
• Experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial projects is highly preferred.
• Proven track record leading planning activities across multi-disciplinary teams.
Technical skills:
• Mastery of planning and scheduling methods.
• Knowledge of reporting and performance monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable planning decisions.
Languages:
• English
