MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
With Strong focus on lowering contractors NPT to ALARP with zero downtime during completion and subsea operations, the Service holder will provide technical advice, improve operational efficiency and reliability for all matters related to the integration, operation, maintenance and testing of completion, subsea and related third party equipment.
The core of the service will intent to supervise completion and subsea operations together with related services provided by several third parties including, but not limited to, tubing running services, wire line, slick line, well test, coiled tubing.
Service holder by liaising with TotalEnergies team both offshore and onshore, service companies and the drilling contractor, will aim to identify design and procedure improvements, and implement of the same ensuring compliance with TotalEnergies rules, API specifications and standards, contractor policies.
The service holder reports to the Drilling and Completion Senior Supervisor onboard the rig, and to Subsea and Completion Superintendent onshore.
ACTIVITIES

2. To ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the managed activities or interfacing with. To guarantee the compliance on activities.

Phase 1: Rig pre-mobilization, mobilization and integration
HSE
• Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior about H3SE.
• Implement H3SE rules & requirements within his area of responsibility.
Operation
• Lead integration of subsea and completion related equipment in close collaboration with TotalEnergies hierarchy, drilling contractor and involved service companies.
• Ensure compliance with the standards of Total Energies, API, Regulatory, Class Society and Drilling Contractor.
• Aiming to reduce risks, ensure integration activities are performed following Totalenergies and drilling contractor HSE policies, using all available tools such work permits, tool box talks, pre-job safety meetings...
• Ensure service companies personnel complies with mandatory training and certifications required.
• Follow integration strategy decided earlier in the project, propose improvements for equipment set up / rig up, Provide technical advice to the affiliate as required.
• Coordinate with Drilling and Completion Senior Supervisor, Subsea and Completion Superintendent and service companies leaders on rig delivery of equipment, and preparatory works on rig to receive new equipment.
• Ensure required preparation tasks such as structural welding and power / air / diesel / communication supplies are done in due time and provided to predetermined locations as per agreement.
• Ensure each service companies integration is completed in due time, tools assembled, and systems hooked-up as per specifications.
• Witness all integration tests during and at the end of the process.
• Report immediately any unforeseen issue which could lead to delay in integration process, keep a constant attention on schedule and risks to same, including contractor personnel performance
Phase 2: Operational Campaign
HSE
• Guarantee the accomplishment of the subsea drilling & completion operations, in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental procedures of the group and the affiliate.
• Display HSE Leadership by setting an example of high HSEQ standards always to the workers.
• Participate to Monthly Site HSE Committee Meeting.
• Demonstrate commitment to HSE and to the values and principles of the Company Code of Conduct (Charters).
• Participate in risk analysis for completions & subsea operations and incidents investigation.
• Continuously improve HSE knowledge processes and performance across all areas of responsibility.
• Key player for a safe working environment, noting anomalies to HSE (use of Stop Card system) as required.
Organization
• Contribute to improving skills and know-how on completions & subsea to Assistant Co-Man.
• Communicates a reliable and regular reporting of operations to hierarchy (Co-Man / RSES and Subsea Superintendent).
• Ensure completions & Subsea Know-how is shared within TotalEnergies Company.
Operations preparation
• Participate to REX and DWIP to ensure operations improvement in safety and efficiency.
• Review with Superintendent equipment and personnel from 3rd party company available offshore to anticipate backload and arrival of equipment and personnel required for subsequent operations in flawless way.
• Propose ideas to work safely and improve performance.
• Participate to Pre-operations meetings, Talk box Meeting, Risk Assessments, guide sequence with anticipation in term of risk, safety and optimized sequence toward capitalization of time saving.
• Perform QA/QC of all TotalEnergies equipment delivered by service provider by controlling the conformity to TotalEnergies requirements.
Operations follow-up
• Should be experienced and autonomous on following operations WBCO, Lower completions, Massive Acid Stimulation, Core Completions, Subsea Landing String, Coiled Tubing, Slick Line, Well Test, electrical Logging, ROV operations, Tubing Hanger installation, XT installation, Open water interventions.
• Supervisor In charge of all subsea and completions operations; shall support Company Man during operational problems and ensure lessons learned are implemented to minimize Non-Productive time. RIG Instructions and Tally with Supervisor to minimize risk of NPT, provide input toward optimization on procedures and improvement on safety.
• Senior Supervisor in charge of managing subsea completion crews from service companies.
• Responsible for coordinating day-to-day subsea operations with contractors, logistics and superintendent.
• Participate in DWIP (pre and post operations debriefing meeting, identify possible improvements when adequate).
• Optimize planning and preparation of each operation to reduce the nonproductive time and the invisible lost time.
Post operations reporting
• Responsible to provide reliable data to prepare End of Wells Report & Well Handover Report, data coming from well site. Work with superintendent in timely manner.
• Provide feedback to superintendent for post job operations debriefing with aim to capture opportunities to improve operations safety and efficiency. Maintain an updated tracking register for Lesson Learn & opportunities by phase & well type.
CONTEXT & ENVIRONNENT
The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname GranMorgu is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the project managed by TotalEnergies on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58.
The technical challenges the Project will face are the reservoir development and management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection system.
The Suriname Team will develop the Project with the objectives of maximizing economic results by optimizing the reserves, and the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus.
DURATION / LOCATION
• Minimum 10 years senior subsea and completion experience on a UDW development campaign
• Minimum 5 years on vertical Xtree system
• Valid OPITO BOSIET
• Valid IWCF Subsea level 4 certificate
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Ability to intervene, in a constructive and collegiate manner, drawing on prior experience and best practices
• Level / Education: Technical or equivalent Engineering degree
• Languages: English mandatory, French preferred
• Technical or degree qualification in relevant mechanical or hydraulic field
