The DCSSV (WO Rig 2) position is responsible for:
Managerial responsibilities:

RSES-D in SIMOPS Context where the full well pad including wells in production and well pad production facilities are handed over to the Drilling & Completion Senior Supervisor DCSSV
Responsible for the HSE aspects of all the operations conducted under the name of TotalEnergies, and especially of the safety of all on the Work Over Unit. HSE responsibility of all operations conducted on the RSES-D operations perimeter. Work Over Unit, Production (Field Operations), Construction
Supervises 1 Work Over Units operation mainly installing Electric Submersible Pumps with direct impact on Tilenga First Oil and associated field production
Reporting to Work Over Superintendent – WOSI
Supervision of the site personnel and operations. Supervise the Work Over Unit contractors at well site-Assume the Role of Manager Coach with the team and develop collaborators
Be responsible for the implementation of the highest safety standards, promote safety & performance culture within the team
Create & maintain team spirit. Develop team motivation
Key performance indicators:
Key contributor to deliver the Tilenga wells within time, budget and safe conditions from the Work Over Units. New Well Delivery (WO): 3 days/well
Deliver most efficiently the First Oil and ramp up wells and subsequent Work Overs with replacement of Electric Submersible Pumps with direct impact to production
Improve technical excellence, cost efficiency, reduce the NPT time and optimize wells delivery duration to reduce Loss of Production (MAP).
Develop competencies within TotalEnergies and all personnel supporting the Work Over operations to build long-term robust crews and optimized operations
Operations:
RSES-D position with daily contact with Field Operation RSES
When taking over a well for Well Operation from Field Operation, the Drilling & Completion Senior Supervisor takes responsibility for Safety and Environment matters of the full Well Pad area including Work Over Unit, Production (Field Operations), Construction
As RSES-D, sign all Permits to Work raised within the SIMOPS area ensure acknowledgement by the RSES.
Guarantee that Company and Contractor HSE standards are fully respected and known by all
Ensuring that completion operations are carried out safely, with good oilfield practice and in accordance with the program and all the relevant Company standards and HSEQ procedures
Supervising the reporting on incidents, accidents, anomalies and report immediately to the Work Over Superintendent
Prepare and supervise rig move operations in cooperation with Work Over contractor
Review completion programs prepared in town. Roll out the same on site through issuance of rig standing instructions and supervising their proper implementation
Supervise contractor personnel, services and material, secure availability at rig site when required so to avoid any delay in operations with the assistance of the logistics and materiel engineer
Supervise completion operations carried out by Company’s and Contractors personnel at rig site
Report on the progress of operations to Work Over Superintendent on regular basis and agree on any corrective action if necessary
Controle daily and final reporting of operations, including Daily Drilling Reports
Reinforce the application of best working practices to:
o Perform the work in safe conditions
o Prevent major accidents (blow out, spills, etc.)
o Preventing any damage to TotalEnergies assets
Minimizing Non-Productive Time and enhancing operational performances, assisted by the contractor senior Tool pusher:
o Organizing end of section performance reviews with the contractors
o Participating in performance review meetings
o Implementing the performance improvement plans issued by performance engineers in TownContext and environment

Accountabilities
As a Drilling and Completion Senior Supervisor (DCSSV) He will play a key role in supervising all drilling and completion operations. The job holder is a part of the Chain of Command reporting to the DCSI, you manage directly a 4 to 6 persons team (DCSV, HSE, Material Man…) during the operations with indirect control of all services directly on therig.
As RSES D, He is responsible of the HSE aspects of all the operations conducted under the name of TotalEnergies, and especially of the safety of all on the rig where circa 70 persons are permanently working.In line with production requirements, the objective is to run ESP with high pace, targeting 3 days / wells.
You will Represent Company at the rig site in all matters and will be direct contact of the Service companies’ onsite representatives.
Main Purpose is to ensure:
- Operational and HSE Leadership related to Completion Operation
- D&W HSE Performance within Completion Operations in compliance with safety and environmental regulations during well construction activities (no major environmental incident in a context of Drilling & Completion Campaign in a protected Natural Park Area) - Well barriers are respected/tested during all operational steps of the well construction
- Supervise and manage Work Over unit drilling and completion team to achieve optimal well performance.
- Wells are delivered on duration expected, safely and with no impact on environment
- Completion operations on the rig are performed as per TTE referential standard
- Contributing to improving technical excellence and cost efficiency regarding completion and wells operations.
- Good relationship with D&W Contractor while Supervising Contractors Services.
