Description
As a Lead Process Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in leading and improving process engineering activities, while contributing to the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of operations.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Lead and coordinate process engineering activities within the scope of your responsibilities.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Support the implementation of process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational needs and process objectives.
• Contribute to the resolution of process-related issues and support decision-making through technical expertise.
• Ensure that process documentation is accurate, structured, and maintained.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of best practices.
Requirements:
• More than fifteen (>15) years of working experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a minimum of ten (10) years specializing in Technical Process Safety.
• Mandatory Certifications: Must possess at least two (2) of the following certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer and CIMAH or Professional Engineer and TUV SIL):
a) Professional Engineer registered with BEM
b) CIMAH Competent Person (OYKMH)
c) TUV SIL Certificate
• Project Track Record: Must have successfully led and managed Safety Cases, Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) studies, and Fire & Explosion Risk Assessment (FERA) studies.
