Duration: 3-years, rotational 4/4 (4 weeks on/4 weeks off)
Expected Commencement date: target November, 2026
The scope of SERVICES includes:
•Providing onshore and offshore supervision and coordination of the Drill Support Vessel activities in support of the GranMorgu Development Project.
•Acting as COMPANY focal point for planning, preparation and execution of vessel activities, mobilization of personnel, contractors and third-party equipment.
•Coordinating all offshore COMOPS and SIMOPS activities between Marine, Drilling, Completion, Subsea, UFR, Field Operations, Geomatics, HSE and Contractors.
•Supporting vessel mobilization, operational readiness reviews, engineering assessments, risk evaluations and integration activities.
•Acting as COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE onboard the Drill Support Vessel and ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution of marine operations.
Specific Activities:
The designated CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL will be required to:
➢HSE
•Serve as RSES(D) onboard the Drill Support Vessel and ensure compliance with the Affiliate Emergency Response Plan.
•Coordinate emergency response activities within the vessel area of responsibility and associated offshore operations.
•Ensure compliance with TotalEnergies H3SE requirements, marine standards and applicable international regulations
➢Operational
•Lead planning and execution of Drill Support Vessel operations in support of drilling, subsea, completion and field operations activities.
•Coordinate all COMOPS and SIMOPS activities associated with the B58 Development Campaign.
•Interface with Marine, Drilling, Completion, UFR, Geomatics, HSE and Contractor teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
•Coordinate mobilization of personnel, ROV systems, lifting equipment, service companies and third-party packages onboard the vessel.
•Review operational programs, risk assessments, lifting plans and readiness requirements before execution.
•Support vessel integration, commissioning and acceptance activities and witness testing when required.
•Monitor vessel performance and operational readiness while minimizing operational delays and non-productive time.
•Ensure timely escalation and reporting of operational risks and issues
SERVICES Location:
The SERVICES shall be performed in Paramaribo, Suriname offshore onboard the Drill Support Vessel and associated offshore locations.
Minimum requirements:
•Minimum 5 years as Vessel Superintendent or Client Representative on offshore construction/support vessels.
•Minimum 5 years of COMOPS/SIMOPS coordination experience.
•Offshore experience involving drilling, subsea construction, ROV or marine operations.
•Valid BOSIET and offshore medical certification.
•Fluent English.
•Strong operational coordination and reporting skills.
