MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The service holder will be in charge of providing Topsides management services within the FPSO Team, during the engineering studies and Venus FPSO CCFT.

ACTIVITIES

1.Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to H3SE, to implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility and to comply with H3SE training requirements needed to perform the services.
2.Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy, promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program within the Project
3.Be informed of Topsides-related Company Rules and Specifications (CR’s/GS’s), international norms and standards, extracting all the applicable requirements for the Venus FPSO Topsides, including but not limited to Key Technical Requirements.
4.Identify, implement and manage any study or survey that would be requested for Topsides engineering, construction, fabrication, testing, installation ... in coordination with FPSO team and management.
5.Define, develop, issue and maintain all necessary technical documentation related to the FPSO Topsides. Support and participate also to the development and maintenance of Project Management main documents (SOR, FDP, PEP, PQP, Risks, etc.) related to his perimeter.
6.Ensure that all engineering, fabrication, construction, testing, qualification pre-commissioning and commissioning aspects are suitably addressed during the different engineering phases by timely reviewing (or having reviewed) and validating the relevant FPSO Topsides documentation issued by Contractor(s) (technical documentation / queries / derogation requests).
7.Ensure that HSE&Q issues are correctly handled in all FPSO Topsides technical documentation. Raise subsequently comments, highlight deviations, unacceptable or unjustified design choices that could affect FPSO Topsides during fabrication, installation, production.
8.Act, as technical referent vis-à-vis Contractor(s), coordinate all the activities of the Topsides area, supporting and directing personnel in their roles, responsibilities, and objectives as required.
9.Liaise with the other Package teams (SURF, SPS, etc.) to ensure swift resolution of Interface matters.
10.Participate to project reviews as requested by TotalEnergies ’referential (PR, DER, CSPP...).
11.Ensure safe working practices are used within the team along all phases of project and ensure active participation to HSE continuous improvement program.
12.Ensure adequate and timely reporting to the FPSO Manager, consolidation reports, presentations and the like.
13.Assist and support the FPSO Manager on all aspects of the FPSO related Call For Tender, Clarification & evaluation process,
14.Participate in CFT clarification meeting, and ensure follow-up activities,
15.Participate to the preparation of the RTA, in coordination with the full FPSO team,
16.Be aware of the Interface Management lessons & learns on similar Projects and take benefit of them for the Project,

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

The activity takes place in the context of the pre-FID phase of a major project in Namibia, in affiliate being created and whose challenges and scope are currently being defined. The Venus GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the development studies managed by TotalEnergies OneTech on the Deep-Water discoveries of offshore Namibia.
The technical challenges the GPI / Project will face are the reservoirs development and management, the EPCI & OM FPSO contracts and subsea production/injection system definition.
The Venus Project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus.

•Duration: 1 year to 5 years after FPSO, SURF and SPS packages contracts award

•Location: FRANCE / Paris area and after CLOA at Contractor engineering site
•Status: Residential

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•Qualification: Good experience in engineering for similar type of project and experience in studies and execution phases of large offshore oil & gas projects,
•Languages: English and French
•Professional Experience: at least 15 years of Experience
•Experience within project: at least 10 years of experience in large offshore oil & gas projects
