Description
Description of the SERVICES:
o Supporting Drilling Assets within the Drilling and Wells department
o Responsible for preparation and execution of all the fluids and cement operations on site.
o Act as a technical support for the Drilling Supervisor for all fluids subjects.
o Prepare all the Fluids and Cement Programs, Logistic and EOWR, ensure proper QC of all fluids and reports. Supervise the service companies providing Fluids, Cement and Waste Management services.
2. 3. Specific Activities: The designated CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL will be required to:
➢ Technical
o Supervise all rig-site fluids-related operation, cement jobs, mud displacements, formation integrity test etc…
o Follow up Fluids and Cement Program, identify any deviation requiring Management of Change
o Ensure the proper planning and logistic for all chemicals, bulks, WBCO and equipment to perform on site operations.
o Perform QC of all the drilling fluids and the cementing services onsite according to Fluids program and Cementing Program.
o Perform QC of all waste discharged and track all waste generated and treatment applicable to drilling on site.
o Report any Solids Control Equipment failure or non-conformance services
o Follow-up service companies (SQM) and optimize costs and performance on site.
o Share lessons learnt and REX on Drilling Fluids, Cementing and Waste Management
o Prepare daily activity report on Fluids, Cement and Waste operations.
o Assist FSI in well close out reports (EOWRs) and prepare arrival of new Semi-submersible
➢ Management and interfaces
o Liaise with FSI for all Fluids related subjects.
o Provide Fluids engineering support to Drilling Supervisors on site.
➢ HSE
o Cascade Department HSE objectives; ensure that drilling fluids operations conducted in compliance with existing rules, safety and o environmental protection, optimization of costs and time.
o Ensure that the Waste Management is compliant with ESIA and TotalEnergies Standards on site.
o Ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company QHSE standards.
➢ Qualifications/Experience required
o Operational or Engineering profile (Bachelor or Master’s degree of Engineering or equivalent), with more than 2 years of experience in o Drilling Fluids and Cementing offshore including Deepwater experience;
o Good knowledge of TotalEnergies’ referential, processes and methods
o Supporting Drilling Assets within the Drilling and Wells department
