Job title: lnter-Array Grid Representative - Pull in Activities
Location: Ouistreham -Courseulles' Offshore wind farm -Offshore (SOV based) Reporting to: EODC - IAG package
Role Overview
The lnter-Array Cable Representative is responsible for overseeing and reporting all activities related to the inter-array cable pull in activities, either onboard of the Offshore Substation (OSS) or the Foundation (FOU).
The role ensures that all works are executed safely, in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the Employer (EODC) on site for inter-array pull in activities in the Offshore Sub Stations (OSS) and Foundations (FOU).
Oversee and witness cable pull in operations ensuring suitability of all elements /
equipment employed by contractor during this phase (pull in winch, rigging arrangement, auxiliaries installation and management etc).
Oversee and witness cable pull in works and parameters monitoring/logging. Oversee and witness 1stand 2nd end Pull lns from the Foundation side (Cable protection System weak linkbreakage, Pull ln Loads Register, rigging arrangement
/ cable route, Hang Off Installation etc).
Oversee and witness 1st end Pull lns from the Offshore Sub-station side (Cable protection System weak link breakage, Pull ln Loads Register, rigging arrangement
/ cable route, Hang Off Installation etc).
Ensure compliance with project specifications, method statements, and applicable standards.
Review and approve project documentation relevant to Cable Pull ln, including access procedures (scaffolding) in bath FOU and OSS Locations.
Communicate with IAG contractors and EODC back office teams.
Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with HSE requirements and offshore safety rules
ldentify, report, and follow up on non-conformities, punch list items, and corrective actions
Participate in site meetings, daily reports, and progress reviews
Support on the review of the as built documentation.
HSE Responsibilities
Promote a strong safety culture offshore
Ensure that contractors comply with HSE policies, permit-to-work systems, and risk assessments
Stop work if unsafe conditions or practices are observed
Experience
Proven experience in offshore cable pull in activities onboard the assets (FOU/ OSS).
Proven experience as Client Representative offshore.
Knowledge of offshore construction Process and PTW System Management.
Skills & Competencies
Understanding of Cable Pull ln Systems and Equipment (Winch, Tripods or similar, Pull ln Beams, Pull in Rigging Arrangement, Hang Off Installation etc).
Language Requirements
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Training requirements
1. Offshore GWO Certificates OR equivalent
• GWO First Aid
• GWO Manual Handling
• GWO Fire Awareness
• GWOWAH
• GWO Sea Survival
• GWO Boat Landingîransfer
Other Documents
• Valid Passport (with at least 1 yearvalidity)
• A1 Form (when applicable for non-EU personnel)
• SIPSI Form (when applicable for non-EU personnel)
• Right to work in the EU/French work permit, if required (cost covered by Contractor)
• Offshore Medical
Electrical Accreditation
• H0B0 delivered bythe consultant's employer. Training must bevalid on the day of joining and the accreditation shall be signed by the consultant

- A minimum of 5-10 years' experience at a senior Level within the offshore industry Familiaritywith international standards (IEC, CIGRE, DNV, etc.)
Skills & Competencies
Understanding of Cable Pull ln Systems and Equipment (Winch, Tripods or similar, Pull ln Beams, Pull in Rigging Arrangement, Hang Off Installation etc).

- Ability to work in a demanding offshore environment and under tight schedules Safety-driven m indset with strong attention to deta il
