N+1: Drilling & Completion Operations Mgr
N+2: Drilling & Completion Mgr Job dimensions
• Technical leader for equipment and service contract for 4 ROV units. 2 on Drillships, 1 on STAD and 1 on Supply vessel).
• Participate in the installation of a base for ROV’s Contracteur.
• Supervise contract execution
• Insure smooth and safe subsea operations Activities
• Setting up the ROV contract for the Development project
• Participate in the ROV’s spread integration on different drilling support (Drillship and Supply Vessel).
• Establish operational procedures to safely deploy ROV unit from Drillships and from Assistance Supply Vessel.
• Manage the different ROV units in order to avoid waiting time (use of Assistance Vessel).
• Participate to establish procedures to test BOP panel at surface as an acceptance tests either for the BOP or for the ROV
• system.
• Establish procedures to deploy acoustic beacons either for rig positioning or station keeping in order to;
• Establish operational procedures for Drilling in mud return to sea bed.
• Establish procedures for subsea activation tools and in particular to meet CR requirements .
• Identify and mobilze specific ROV tools if deemed necessary for the good smooth running of the operations
• Control proper maintenance and/or repair of the different units Context and environment The Golfihno-Atum project involves the construction of two LNG trains onshore in the Northern Area of Mozambique. These trains will process over 2 BCF of gas daily from an offshore subsea gathering facility and wells located 40 km from the LNG trains. The well construction team will be mostly located in the company’s main office in the Capital city, Maputo. Logistics, QA/QC, HSE and other support functions will be provided out of the city of Pemba in the Northern part of Mozambique, where the company maintains a 9-hectare logistics base. It is planned to use one drill ship for the campaign. The wells are in 700 to 1400 m water depth location. Well depth below mud line varies from 2000 m to 3150 m. The current well architecture includes a 36” x 20” x 14” x 10-3/4” casing/liner scheme. Accountabilities
• Smooth and efficent ROV operations is one the key of succes for Subsea development field. ROV Specialist shall insure that ROV equipment is always available and in good condition for any kind of subsea intervention. Qualifications/Experience required
• Engineering degree
• 10 years in a similar assignement.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing).
• Good team spirit with a good skill for listening
