Description
As a Senior Process Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in strengthening process safety performance, supporting risk reduction initiatives, and ensuring the effective application of safety standards across operations. You will be directly integrated into the technical and operational environment.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Advise teams on process safety best practices and the prevention of major accidents.
• Support the identification, assessment, and control of process-related risks.
• Contribute to hazard studies, risk reviews, and safety critical evaluations.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of preventive and protective measures.
• Provide expert guidance to operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams.
• Participate in incident analysis and support the definition of corrective and preventive actions.
• Help maintain compliance with applicable internal standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Promote a strong process safety culture through coaching, communication, and technical support.

Requirements
•Minimum of thirty (30) years of working experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
•Qualifications: Must possess a relevant Engineering Degree and a certified "Train the Trainer" qualification.
•Minimum thirty (30) years of operational experience with Upstream/Downstream Operators.
