MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The Project Control Lead ensures the coordination, consistency, and performance of all project control functions across the FPSO EPSCC scope. Key missions include:
• Lead and supervise the project control team, ensuring alignment across planning, reporting, document control, contract management, IT systems, and administrative support.
• Develop and maintain integrated control systems and procedures to monitor project progress, cost, documentation, and contractual compliance.
• Act as the focal point for internal and external reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dashboards, KPIs, and progress summaries.
• Support decision-making by providing consolidated insights on schedule, cost, risks, and documentation status.
• Ensure that all control activities are executed in compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and project governance.
ACTIVITIES
The Project Control Lead is expected to perform the following activities, with the support of his team (10 people):
• Define and implement project control strategies, tools, and workflows across the EPSCC phases.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the planning, document control, contract, IT, and assistant functions, ensuring consistency and traceability.
• Consolidate inputs from all control disciplines to produce integrated reports and forecasts for project management and stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance with planning, documentation, and contractual deliverables.
• Facilitate coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment of control activities.
• Lead internal reviews and audits related to project control functions and support external reporting obligations.
• Ensure timely preparation and validation of weekly and monthly progress reports, including S-curves, milestone tracking, and variance analysis.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the integrated project schedule and ensure alignment with cost and contract data.
• Support contract management activities including variation order tracking, milestone validation, and coordination with the Contract Engineer.
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of collaborative platforms and digital tools used for project control and reporting.
• Organize and oversee logistics for team mobilization, travel, and workspace setup in coordination with project administration.
• Manage HR-related duties for the project control team.

Position permanently based in EPSCC Contractor premises.
Frequent mission aboard.
DURATION / LOCATION
• Starting date: September 2026 (subject to project FID)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in project control roles within oil & gas or large-scale industrial projects, including FPSO or offshore developments.
Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project control teams.
Strong proficiency in planning and control tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Excel, SharePoint, EDMS).
Deep understanding of EPSCC project phases, contractual frameworks, and reporting standards.
Experience in HR coordination and logistics within project environments.
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment.
