ACTIVITIES
At all times the job holder will:
- Coordinate and facilitate brainstorming performance bottlenecks and improvements.
- Identify performance initiatives in Operations and present to leadership.
- Manage and track the implementation.
- Perform spot analysis on low performing activities.
- Support entities in defining and preparing the KPIs.
- Implement and run the communication of KPIs across the organization.
- Drive strategic alignment process and tracking for RADAR projects.
- Liaise with LEAN, Digital and 3C coordinators to select the relevant methodology to improve performance within the organisation and ensure a transversal coherence of initiatives, avoid duplication and promote joint initiatives
- Support audits and support translation to performance improvements.
- A minimum BSc Hons Degree in Engineering disciplines in the industrial context.
- At least 5years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Proficient in the areas of performance and efficiency.
- Strong experience in working in fast pace, evolving.
- Strong ability to work in a cross functional environment.
- Self-starter, open minded and excellent communication skills.
