Description
As a Lead Inspector, you will play a key role in overseeing inspection activities and ensuring the reliability, consistency, and quality of maintenance operations. You will be directly integrated into the Maintenance department.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Plan and supervise inspection activities, Validate inspection findings, Classify defects: Minor / Major / Critical, Define inspection methodology, Interface, Approve inspection report, Recommend: Further analysis (FEM required or not), Ensure data is fit for engineering use
• Lead and coordinate inspection activities within the maintenance scope.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Review inspection findings, identify deviations, and support the follow-up of corrective actions.
• Prepare and consolidate inspection reports for operational teams and management.
• Collaborate with maintenance stakeholders to support continuous improvement and operational performance.
• Contribute to the organization and prioritization of inspection activities in line with business needs.
